The prices are per room per day with bed and breakfast.
It is always advisable to contact the reception to check rates and learn about any offers.
IN PERIOD OF HOLIDAYS, EVENTS OR FAIRS, APPLY RATES OF HIGH SEASON.
CONDIZIONI
Leadership requires absolutely the balance of the stay LEAST 1 DAY before DEPARTURE.
In Alternatively reserves the right to charge EXTRA 25% of the total value of the stay.
Prices in high season are for a minimum stay of 3 nights (except telephone talks).
Supplement EUR 10.00 for stays of one night only.
Cradle (children from 0 to 2 years) free of charge. Children: up to two years old free of a child for two adults paying.
ANIMALS (small pets, on request): € 35.00 per day
MEALS
The breakfast buffet is served on the first floor from 7.30am to 10.00am
FULL BOARD: - Supplement € 30,00 per day (3 courses, beverages excluded); children € 20.00
HB: - Supplement € 20.00 per day (3 courses, beverages excluded); children EUR 15:00
These services are performed in the hall of our restaurant on the ground floor at 12:00am and 7:00am
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
CHECK-IN from 2pm to 8pm (except telephone talks)
CHECK-OUT by 10am
LATE CHECK-OUT: only upon agreement with the reception, half of the cost of the room will be charged.
The eservation is confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to the first night or the Credit card information (number and expiration date).
CANCELLATIONS
Up to 3 days before arrival there will be no retained.
Up to 1 day before: we will keep the share of the first night.
In case of no-show or early departure will be charged the full period.
If you choose the online booking tariff with the "advance payment" it is not refundable*.
* any bill must be requested in advance when booking, indicating all the data needed for the issuance thereof. Otherwise will be issued regular tax receipt.
